Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of Sologang (the "Service"), owned by Alfredo E. Omaña Martin (brand "Sologang"). By registering and using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Sologang lets you configure a set of executive roles that assist you in decision-making and prepare actions in tools you connect yourself (for example, GitHub or Slack). You stay in control at all times: no action is executed in your tools without your explicit authorization.

3. Your own keys (BYOK)

The Service works on a "bring your own key" model: you provide and control your API keys. The usage and costs arising from using them with your provider are your responsibility. Sologang encrypts your keys on your device and never stores the plaintext key.

4. Registration and account

To use the Service you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your access and for the use made of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities, activities that infringe third-party rights, or that generate harmful content or actions. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Plans and payments

Sologang offers three plans. RECON is free. COMMAND is $12/month or $79/year. STRIKE is $24/month or $149/year. All plans run on a BYOK ("bring your own key") basis: AI usage is billed by your own provider, never by Sologang.

Launch offer (Product Hunt): during the launch period, the first year of COMMAND is $39 (renewing at $79/year thereafter) and the first year of STRIKE is $99 (renewing at $149/year thereafter). The offer applies to the first annual term only and is available while published on the site.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the standard price for the corresponding period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): if you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Sologang also offers a 7-day refund on paid plans. Refunds do not cover AI usage costs billed by your own provider under BYOK.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The information and proposals generated are decision support and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, tax or investment). The decisions you make and the actions you authorize are your sole responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may modify or discontinue features.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes will be published on the site with their update date. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the Terms in force.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the rights granted by the consumer protection rules of their EU country of residence are respected.
